PROJECT: Highmark Proof Video

The Challenge:
Hacker Group had executed Medicare campaigns for our client Highmark, a health insurance provider. The matrix was very complex, often making it difficult to understand. Hacker Group wanted to explain how they achieved the results they did in an easy to understand way.

My Role:
I worked with a fellow art director and our team of animators and video editors to concept an animated video as our vehicle for the complex customer journey. I also worked on the storyboards and helped establish a visual style and verbal tone for the video.

The Solution:
For the visual style we used a very simple, flat aesthetic for the animation to not distract from the explanation of the campaigns moving parts and complex information. The video told the story of two different customers and the journey we took them on to get strong results.


Simplifying 22,397 Migrated and New Members

As an art directors on this project it was my role to create an experience that was welcoming and simplified the overwhelming data we worked with to create a strategy that produced 103,000 leads and 30,000 requests for sales follow up. We went with a very simple and flat style to not distract from the content but gave enough life to the characters and scenario to keep the viewer engaged.
